Return Policy

Return Policy for Uppartymall: 


We provide exchange services and do not accept returns or refunds. In order to be eligible for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:


1. Returns must be made within 5 days after the original order date.

2. Items must be new, unused, without any signs of washing or damage, and must be in their original packaging with all accessories included.

3. Items must have all original tags and labels attached.

4. All shipping costs must be paid by the party returning the merchandise (i.e., the customer).

Please note: If a return is rejected based on the above criteria, we will not notify you, and the items will not be returned to you.


Exchange for Quality Issues:

If you need to exchange a product due to quality issues, please contact us via WhatsApp: 60810820 within 5 days from the date of receiving the product (based on the date of signing the delivery). Provide us with photos of the actual product and explain the issue. Exchange procedures will be carried out under the guidance of our staff. Please make sure to choose SF Express for the return shipment, and the shipping fee will be paid by the party exchanging the product.


Incorrect Address and Undeliverable Packages:

If the package is sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process, and if the courier needs to make changes to deliver it, additional charges may apply.


Sizing Issues:

If you need to return an item due to sizing issues, please ensure to check the garment itself and do not rely solely on the labels on the packaging. It is not uncommon for manufacturers to use the same labels or packaging for all garment sizes. Additionally, changes in clothing style (color, fabric, etc.) may occur without prior notice from the manufacturer. We make every effort to capture these changes before they occur, but manufacturers rarely notify us of such changes. If you notice any differences before us, please inform us so that we can update the description and photos for a better experience for all customers. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these changes and appreciate your understanding.

Exchange Policy Guidelines:

Exchange items must be unused and free from any damage or defects caused by human error. If we agree to process an exchange, please proceed with the return process for the original order and place a new order with the store.
